    Regulation (EU) 2024/1083 (the European Media Freedom Act, EMFA) introduced a set of rules to protect media pluralism and independence in the EU. In this context, all advertising expenditure incurred in accordance with the EMFA transparency rule is compiled in a tabular overview and made publicly available.
